Why Choose Us

Our Technology

CEREC is the world's only system for the fabrication of all ceramic dental restorations in one visit. No impressions are necessary, as the 3-D scan allows the restoration to be designed and manufactured with a computer and CADCAM milling unit. With CEREC at your dentist's side, you can be in and out in a single visit with a permanent, all ceramic crown, inlay, onlay, or veneer! For you, the patient, this means fewer injections, less drilling, and less time out of your hectic schedule for dental care.

T-scan is a bite analysis instrument, which allows us to accurately measure and analyze your bite. A sensor is placed in your mouth and a movie is recorded of the biting process. T-Scan allows us to identify the exact order of teeth contacts through the computer on a real-time basis. This allows us to adjust your bite to a degree of precision never before attainable.

Quick Ceph Studio is the most respected name in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning software. It allows us to analyse x-rays and study casts accurately, and relate the information to photographs of the patient’s face. Furthermore, the software allows us to morph photographs in order to predict facial changes that are likely to occur as a result of different treatment approaches, whether orthodontic or surgical.

Incognito lingual braces are attached to the inside surface of the teeth, so they are completely invisible from the front of the mouth. The impression is taken sent to Germany, where they are scanned and CADCAM technology is used to design and construct each individual bracket to fit precisely against the inside surface of each tooth in the mouth. This ensures the highest patient comfort that is technically possible, reducing tongue irritations, speech problems, and shortens the time necessary to get used to your braces.

Digital intra-oral and extra-oral radiography. We use digital radiography for all our x-rays. This speeds up the process, as there is no need to wait for films to be developed, and the radiation dose to the patient is reduced. Digital radiography also allows more precise measurements for procedures such as implants, endodontic treatment and orthodontics. Our advanced radiographic equipment enables us to merge x-ray information with photographs of the patient’s face and analyse this with Quick Ceph Studio.

Invisalign is a system that uses clear plastic trays (aligners) to straighten teeth and improve your smile, almost invisibly (most people will not notice you are wearing braces unless you tell them). The impressions taken are sent to the USA to be scanned, and the the teeth are then digitised. The 3-D digital scan of the teeth is then worked on by technicians according to the clinicians’ prescription, and once a setup is approved, then a whole series of aligners is constructed that when worn consecutively, according to the doctor’s instructions results in straight teeth and a great smile.

How does it work ?

Using the latest advances in 3-D computer technology, Invisalign® uses your dentist’s instructions to create a series of custom made removable mouth trays (aligners). These aligners apply a controlled amount of force to your teeth, causing them to move. Each aligner is slightly different, moving your teeth gradually into the desired position.

How long will Invisalign® take?

It takes around 4 weeks to receive your aligners, from the time impressions are taken.

Invisalign® only works while you wear the aligners. We recommend they are worn full time day and night (minimum 20–22 hours).

Each aligner is worn for 2 weeks, (before moving onto the next in the series), moving your teeth millimetre by millimetre, week by week, until you reach your desired result.

Treatment length will vary depending on your case, but the average Invisalign® treatment with us is nine months.

During treatment you should visit us periodically at 6-8 week intervals, until it is determined that your treatment is complete.

How much does it cost?

The cost of Invisalign treatment starts from £1,495.
